Possibly the property of one of the people attending the funeral noticed on 4th March, that is to say reference 1.
There is a story that the fields and the big house, once the house of the Superintendant of West Park Hospital, were, after fire damage, sold to a restaurant owner from East London for the sum of £1. Presumably the restaurant owner is betting on the restrictions which presumably came with the property fading away after a decent interval.
In the meantime, the occupiers are these horses, horses which are the subject of orders from the RSPCA and/or Equus (see reference 2) from time to time. And I dare say there will be bats in the big house, maybe enough bats so that we can get any development bat-blocked.
