Nasty bug down at the court

A bad infestation of mistletoe in a tree just outside the main gate house at Hampton Court (on your right as you walk in from the gate on Hampton Court Way).

I wonder if they are allowed to harvest the stuff for sale over Christmas in the flower shop in Bridge Road? Or would that violate the agreement Historic Royal Palaces have struck with our Queen?
