Tweet, tweet

For the first time ever we may have a pair of coal tits nesting in the back garden, behind the southern hedge, behind the neighbouring summer house. Very pretty birds they are too with a striking pink flush to the breast. Tail perhaps a bit  long, but I still think they are coal tits.

Also this morning a redwing  on the lawn and a small brown bird in the bush, possibly a wren. This last not being something that we see very often either.

Also the celandines down the bottom. Not full on, but they are coming on. Will it prove to be a good year for them or not?
