The tallest of the surviving water towers on what was the Epsom Cluster. Note the slit windows, full blown sash windows if you please, in accordance with the customs of the time when the thing was built. I wonder what the chimney thing - they all seem to have one - was for? Will deciding the fate of the tower cause as much fuss as the one over the road (search on 'wartocracy' in the other place (http://pumpkinstrokemarrow.blogspot.co.uk/ ) or try 7th April 2012).
