Dispute

The disputed tree. Small tree with compound leaves, with about a dozen light green leaflets, mounted opposite, to the leaf. Leaflets about an inch long, egg shaped.

Google suggests rowan, but with round rather than pointed leaflets and in the absence of fruit & flowers, I am not convinced. Work continues.

    Rather put out to find that someone in Maryland has written an app for iPhones which will try to identify the tree from which you have taken a picture of a leaf. And there is a browser visible catalog of leaves, flowers and fruits which goes with it. And there is a UK variant - still iPhone but without the catalog. So no good to us Lumia users.
